Renovation of a pool club house. DCG, as general contractor, added a second story to this existing building; gutted the interior and did a complete renovation to update the bath house and add a community gathering room, including a large deck and small elevator/lift. This renovation also included the addition of a sprinkler system. DCG worked with the architect to complete the permitting phase of this project in Fairfax, Virginia.
