This fast-paced project was completed over the summer of 2010. Starting on May 17 (the day after the students left for their summer break) DCG removed all furniture, roofing, doors, carpet, ceilings, air conditioning/heating equipment, electrical panels, lights, and wiring. By August 1, we had replaced all of these systems, added a completely new sprinkler system and were starting up the systems. By August 10th, the dorms were ready for students to move back in!
