This project was completed for Foothills Housing Corporation, a local nonprofit helping low-income residents find and maintain affordable housing. The former Ben & Mary’s Steak House building has been converted into four apartments, including one ADA-compliant unit.

The apartments range from 706 to 853 sq. ft., the apartments will breathe new life into a well-known community landmark that operated onsite from 1954 to 1996. DCG is proud to have contributed to the revitalization of the building to benefit our community.
