DCG is excited to announce its latest project with BEAM (Baker Equipment and Materials) in Ashburn, VA- an impressive new development comprised of an 11,469 SF three-story commercial office building and a 21,394 SF two-story shop building. Our team will oversee the construction of both buildings, with the office building being a cast concrete structure and the shop building utilizing a Nucor pre-engineered metal building system. The office building will feature training and break rooms, along with ample office space, while the shop building will have three dedicated shop areas and a spacious two-story office section. BEAM will provide the full concrete scope on both buildings. This project marks our second partnership with BEAM and we are eagerly looking forward to construction progressing on this exciting project.
