DCG completed this 2,520 SF convenience store renovation in Bealeton, VA.  The project consisted of a complete extensive renovation including removing the existing wood floor structure and replacing with a new concrete slab. The interior fit-out included all new exterior doors and windows, adding a commercial kitchen hood, walk-in freezer, and refrigerator, all new electrical system, new mechanical system, updated plumbing to including a new bathroom and a gas hook-up for a commercial stove. All new walls and ceilings, including new insulation for energy efficiency.
